Cardi B has a new song for the summer!
On Friday, July 31, the rapper, 33, released her new single “AH HA,” days after dropping the teaser clip of her rapping to the song on a beach, which has gained over 81.6 million views online.
The punchy track shows Cardi calling out her haters in a playful twist, while listing off the many attributes to her name.
In the lyric video for “AH HA,” an illustrated version of Cardi raps to the track on the beach while wearing a bikini printed with the Dominican Republic flag, representing her native country.
The new song comes after Cardi completed her sold-out The Little Miss Drama Tour — named in reference to her sophomore albumAm I the Drama? — on April 18.
The concert marked Cardi’s first U.S. arena tour and became the highest-grossing debut arena tour by a female rapper, with over 450,000 tickets sold in North America, per a record company release.

In June, Cardi won Best Female Hip Hop Artist at the 2026 BET Awards for the third time. She also performed a high-energy medley of songs from her latest album at the award show, including the tracks “Errtime,” “Hello,” “Check Please,” and “Pretty & Petty.”

Am I the Drama? debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 after its release in September 2025 — making Cardi the first female rapper to reach number one with her first two albums, following the success of Invasion of Privacy in 2018.
Her second album has gained over 14 billion global streams and has the most charting songs of any female rap album in Billboard Hot 100 history, per the release.
On July 25, Cardi returned to the stage to give a one-night-only performance at the opening of Pacha nightclub in New York City.
In photos posted on Instagram, she showed off her performance look, wearing a hot pink corseted bodysuit with an embellished bra and matching tights, matching platform heels and a pillbox hat. Cardi topped off her look with an icy blue, flicky bob.
“New York summers 🌺,” the rapper wrote in the caption.
