Egypt Sherrod Teases Exciting Details About New Home Show with Husband Mike Jackson

Egypt Sherrod is teasing new details about her and husband Mike Jackson's upcoming home show!
The former Married to Real Estate star, 49, pulled back the curtain on what fans can expect to see on one of their shows currently in production, she shared during an interview with OK! Magazine published on Thursday, May 28.
"One show is called Home Abroad. So I've been traveling around, and you'll obviously find out more about that soon, but it's been amazing,” Sherrod told the outlet. “It's been great to travel with my husband, see the world and still do what we love.”

The designer also teased where their adventurous new show is bringing her and her husband next, along with some other destinations they're set to visit.
"We're headed to Vietnam in about three weeks. We're going to be there for a little bit,” she said. “With this new show, we get to travel to so many different countries, and I'm really excited about it. We also did Spain, Panama and Oaxaca, Mexico.”
Sherrod said fans will also get to see how the couple's travel styles differ, as Jackson is “extremely adventurous” and she's more of the “artsy person.”
“I always want to see the architecture, and how people live, and how much the houses cost,” she explained. Of her husband, she added, “And he's like, 'Stop working. We're getting on the boat. We're going fishing. We're getting on the jet ski.' So he pushes me to do things that usually I'd be like, 'No, y'all go ahead.'”

The couple previously confirmed they have another show called Deserving Design that's currently in the works along with Home Abroad. Both are set to be released later in 2026, they shared in an interview with USA Today published on Monday, April 20.
At the time, Sherrod told the outlet that their new projects represent “all the things that are important to us,” from their passion for real estate and home design to giving back to others.
“For those who have watched us for years, they know we believe in giving back and paying it forward,” she said. “That is what we are passionate about. At the core, these projects speak to our desire to help people, to build legacy and to use real estate and design to build impact.”

The news of their new shows came almost one year after the couple first shared that their fan-favorite HGTV series, Married to Real Estate, was ending in a June 2025 Instagram post. In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE months later, they told fans to be sure to “tune in for what's next” and that the cancellation was “just the beginning” of their journey.
It is not yet clear what network or platform the pair's new shows will air on, or when the exact premiere dates will be.
