Supermodel Kendall Jenner appears to be settling into domestic bliss at her sprawling $23 million Montecito estate alongside actor Jacob Elordi, as the pair's romance continues to deepen.

Jenner, 30, purchased the ultra-private Spanish-style compound in February 2025.

The property carries a notable Hollywood pedigree, having previously passed through the hands of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Oprah Winfrey, and Ellen DeGeneres.

Set within a gated community and screened by dense mature trees, the estate features dual fountains, multiple outdoor seating areas, and equestrian facilities including stables and a riding ring.

Elordi, 28, best known for his role in HBO's Euphoria, has become a frequent presence at the property as the couple shifts toward more low-key evenings in.

The two are said to have moved from friends to something more in January, after crossing paths repeatedly through overlapping social circles.

Their connection became public knowledge in March, when they were observed in close conversation at the Vanity Fair Oscars After-Party.

Weeks later, they turned heads at Coachella during Justin Bieber's headline performance. Gossip platform Deuxmoi reported the pair were "all over each other" at the subsequent after-party.

A Hawaii trip appeared to mark a turning point.

"Kendall really didn't expect to be this into him this fast, but Hawaii kind of changed everything," an insider told Page Six. "They got super close on that trip, and it definitely made their connection stronger."

The couple was most recently photographed sharing a quiet dinner with friends near the Montecito estate over the weekend, according to TMZ.

Their social calendar has also gone double.

Last week, Jenner and Elordi joined her sister Kylie Jenner and actor Timothée Chalamet for an evening out in Los Angeles following a private Fanatics event.

That foursome may be no coincidence. Sources told the Daily Mail that Kylie played an active role in nudging her sister toward Elordi during awards season, when both actors were circulating in the same circles, Elordi earning nominations for "Frankenstein" and Chalamet for "Marty Supreme."

"Kylie liked him and thought he would be good for Kenny, so she was like, 'Girl, get on it. Date this guy already,'" a source told the outlet.

Jenner was previously linked to rapper Bad Bunny and NBA player Devin Booker.

Elordi had an on-and-off relationship with Olivia Jade Giannulli and was previously connected to model Kaia Gerber.
