Meghan Markle scored a Daytime Emmy nomination this year, while Prince William received a Primetime Emmy nod.
Markle is being recognized for her Netflix series, With Love, Meghan.
William, meanwhile, appeared on an episode of The Reluctant Traveler With Eugene Levy, which is up for Outstanding Writing for a Nonfiction Program.
Meghan Markle isn’t the only member of the British royal family to be recognized by the Television Academy this year. Her brother-in-law Prince William appeared on the third season of The Reluctant Traveler With Eugene Levy, which is up for two Primetime Emmys.
The episode that William guest-starred in is nominated for Outstanding Writing for a Nonfiction Program. The Apple TV travel series also received a nod for Outstanding Hosted Nonfiction Series Or Special.

In an interview with ITV last year, Levy admitted to being “taken aback” by “how at ease” William made him feel “from the first second” they met.
“When he got to some of the more personal items, I had the feeling this might be something that he, you know, was ready to talk about or wanted to talk about, and use me to do it,” Levy shared.

“He was just very approachable, and I think maybe wanted to convey that this is who he is,” he continued. “And it was my sense that this is the beginning of possibly a different way to go for the monarchy. Different form of monarchy. Different from the past.”
Meanwhile, Meghan celebrated her first Daytime Emmy nomination last week, as her Netflix series With Love, Meghan is in the running for Outstanding Lifestyle Program. On July 15, she celebrated the honor with a brief message on Instagram.

“A huge congratulations to the amazing crew, producers, and team who worked on ‘With Love, Meghan’ on @netflix,” she wrote. “We are nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Lifestyle Series!”
Per Deadline, With Love, Meghan is nominated alongside A Different Breed, George to the Rescue, The Motherhood, and The Wizard of Paws. The winner will be revealed on Friday, October 30.
